Mission

The Research and Consultancy Office at the Faculty of Economics aims to contribute effectively to community development by providing scientific research, consultancy, and quality training that addresses local community issues and supports sustainable economic development.

Commitment to scientific research ethics, integrity, and transparency in all research practices.
Promoting the values of moderation in accordance with Islamic teachings and authentic customs and traditions.
Achieving quality and excellence by applying the standards of the National Center for Quality Assurance in Libya.
Enhancing cooperation and partnerships with colleges, research centers, and local and international institutions.
Supporting continuous development and keeping pace with the latest developments in scientific research fields.
Establishing the Research and Consultancy Center as a "Think Tank" and scientific reference for various community institutions.

Research and Consultancy Department Plan

    This plan stems from the faculty's mission to provide scientific solutions for Libyan economic challenges, such as income diversification, empowering the private sector, improving the efficiency of fiscal and monetary policies, and addressing the impact of global fluctuations on the local economy. It translates the directives of the University and the Libyan Ministry of Higher Education regarding the priority of supporting applied scientific research that contributes to decision-making and policy formulation.
