• Monitor the department’s performance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, aiming to graduate... e well-educated and knowledgeable professionals, and enhance coordination with relevant entities.
• Establish partnerships and cooperation with labor market institutions to ensure alignment of curricula and academic programs with labor market needs, and equip students with necessary skills.
• Conduct scientific research and studies in administrative fields and link them to the reality of Libyan organizations with the aim of providing consultations and solving administrative problems.
• Develop postgraduate programs in management to prepare qualified faculty members capable of advancing the educational process in line with contemporary requirements.
• Activate the department’s role in raising awareness of the nature and importance of management and administrative work among individuals and various organizations through organizing and participating in conferences, seminars, and scientific studies to support the desired administrative renaissance.
